Your Marketing Team, a Reigate based marketing consultancy, brought Tinybox Creative on board to design and build their client Rand Associates‘s new website.
Rand Associates is a multi-discipline consultancy specialising in social housing asset management, with decades of sector authority behind them, including as the UK’s original provider of stock condition surveys and authors of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates.
The site needed to reflect that standing, presenting a complex range of specialist services clearly and credibly to housing landlords, local authorities and social housing providers across the UK.

Your Marketing Team shaped the site’s structure, content and strategy throughout. Tinybox Creative’s role was to interpret the Rand Associates brand for the web, design the user experience, and deliver the website build.
The website was built on WordPress using Elementor, with bespoke UI designs produced in Figma establishing the visual direction across the site. With a broad services offering to communicate, clear information architecture was central to the design process, ensuring visitors could navigate to what they needed without friction.
Speed, security and mobile optimisation were built in from the outset, with two rounds of snagging and full cross-browser testing completed ahead of launch.
Upon project completion, full website training was provided to the Rand Associates team.

Your Marketing Team created the Rand Associates brand, and a bespoke design and build gave it the space to be expressed fully on the web.
The angular building shapes from the Rand Associates logo mark were scaled up and used as bold geometric banner graphics throughout the site, taking existing brand cues and putting them to work on the web in a way a template build rarely allows for.
Your Marketing Team’s brand typography, colour and layout decisions were carried through with precision across every page, giving a multifaceted business the clarity and confidence reflective of its longstanding reputation.
